Terms & Conditions of Hire
     1. All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR), inclusive of taxes.
     2. All rates are inclusive of vehicle hire, chauffeur, fuel, toll and parking charges only.
     3. A 50% surcharge is payable for hire during the hours of 12.00 a.m. to 06.00 a.m.
     4. Local rates are valid for destination(s) within 50km radius from Kuala Lumpur city centre.
     5. Outstation Rates are valid for destination(s) outside the 50km radius from Kuala Lumpur city centre.
     6. Outstation/Overnight stay: A minimum levy of RM150.00 for chauffeur’s food and lodging applies (depending on location).
     7. Airport Transfer rates include 60 minutes waiting at KLIA (calculated from the scheduled flight arrival). In case of flight delay or any waiting above 60 minutes,
        additional charges apply (under Hourly Hire).
     8. Hourly & Daily Hire usage are calculated from the time of booking to the time of arriving at required destination.
     9. Hourly Hire rates are valid for a minimum usage of 2 (two) hours.
     10. Daily Hire is limited to 12 (twelve) continuous hours per day. Additional hire is chargeable under Hourly Hire.
     11. All reservations must be notified in writing 24 hours in advance to our 24-Hour Reservations Centre.
     12. All confirmation of reservations is subject to availability of vehicles.
     13. All cancellations should be notified in writing 2 hours in advance (full rate applies once the vehicle departs from base).
     14. Ultimo Limo Tours & Transport reserves the right to alter the rates without prior notice.
